Laser hair removal and tattoo removal: free initial consultation. For treatments performed personally by Dr. med. Wagner the medical consultation costs CHF 145 (physician time) and is credited in full against the treatment when booked.

Cancel appointment

Cancellation.

We know these things happen – sometimes an appointment simply can't be kept. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment
Free of charge – no fee, no penalty.

Cancellation within 48 hours before the appointment
50 % of the price of the planned treatment will be charged.

No-show
Unexcused no-shows will be charged 100 % of the price of the planned treatment.

Note: This rule also applies when a medical certificate is provided. We ask for your understanding – the reserved slot remains blocked for other patients during that time.

So everything stays clear and transparent for you: an appointment is only considered cancelled once you have received a confirmation SMS from us. If that SMS does not arrive, please get in touch briefly – we are happy to sort it out for you.

Cancelling an appointment due to illness

We understand that illness can occur unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and the continued operation of the practice, cancellation fees also apply to illness-related cancellations – regardless of whether a medical certificate is provided.

Please inform us as early as possible if you fall ill. Early notice allows us to offer the slot to someone else and may mean only the short-notice cancellation fee applies instead of the no-show fee.

In case of contagious illness, please wear a mask during your visit if a consultation is advised. In case of norovirus, please do NOT attend your appointment, as a mask alone does not prevent transmission – cancellation fees nonetheless remain unchanged.

Unfortunately we cannot waive the cancellation fee in case of illness either. We ask for your understanding and thank you for cancelling as early as possible.

How can I cancel my appointment?

There are several ways to cancel – by phone, by email or via the online appointment calendar. Until you have received a cancellation confirmation, the appointment is considered booked.
